Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. About us
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of zoistek.com and services supplied by Zoistek Ltd, trading as Zoistek.
Business address: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom
Email: info@purebodytransformation.co.uk
Website: https://zoistek.com
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Zoistek Ltd. “You” means the website visitor or client.
Please read these terms before ordering our services.
2. Website use and service agreements
You may use our website for lawful purposes, including learning about our services, making enquiries and booking appointments.
Browsing the website, submitting an enquiry or booking a discovery call does not itself create an obligation to purchase services.
Before a project begins, we confirm its scope, price, payment arrangements, delivery schedule and any additional terms in a written quotation, proposal or order confirmation.
A service agreement is formed when you accept that offer and we confirm acceptance of the order.
We provide these terms before you are bound by a service agreement. Specifically agreed project terms take priority where they conflict with these general terms, subject to applicable law.
3. Our services
Our services include:
WordPress, Elementor and custom HTML/CSS web development.
Website repairs and redesign.
Landing pages, GoHighLevel funnels and lead capture systems.
Social media content creation, management and posting.
Meta Ads and digital marketing.
Only services expressly included in your agreed scope are included in the project price.
Maintenance, hosting, ongoing marketing, additional integrations and support are not automatically included unless agreed.
4. Quotations and prices
Website package descriptions provide an overview of our offers. The written quotation or order confirmation identifies the services and charges applicable to your project.
We explain applicable taxes and compulsory charges before you place an order.
Advertising spend, domains, hosting, subscriptions, licences and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly included.
We obtain your agreement before undertaking additional chargeable work or changing the agreed price.
5. Payment
Payment amounts, due dates and any instalments are stated in the agreed quotation or order confirmation.
If a payment becomes overdue, we contact you to discuss it. Where appropriate, we may pause affected work after reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
We do not charge for additional services without your agreement.
Nothing in this section removes any legal right to dispute an invoice or withhold payment where you are entitled to do so.
6. Your responsibilities
You must provide information, content, approvals and access reasonably needed to complete the agreed work.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
Instructions are accurate and given by an authorised person.
Supplied text, images, logos and other materials may lawfully be used.
Claims about your business, services and products are accurate.
Necessary third-party accounts and licences are available.
Feedback and approvals are provided within agreed timescales.
We will explain any additional requirements relevant to the project.
Use temporary collaborator access where available. Do not send payment-card details or login codes through public forms or website chat.
7. Delivery and delays
We agree delivery dates or estimates before starting work.
We will notify you promptly if a delay is likely, explain its cause and discuss a revised schedule.
Where delays result from missing materials, unavailable access or changes you request, we agree an appropriate adjustment rather than automatically treating the original schedule as unchanged.
If we fail to deliver as agreed, your remedies remain subject to the contract and applicable law.
8. Revisions and changes
The number of revision rounds is stated in your project scope.
A revision round means a consolidated set of requested adjustments within the agreed requirements.
New pages, features, integrations or a substantial change of direction may require an additional quotation. We agree the cost and scheduling implications before proceeding.
Correcting our failure to meet the agreed requirements is separate from optional design revisions and does not remove your statutory rights.
9. Review and launch
We give you a reasonable opportunity to review relevant work before launch or handover.
You should check business information, contact details, pricing, supplied claims and other content requiring your approval.
We remain responsible for providing our services with reasonable care and skill. Your approval does not waive responsibility for defects or contractual failures.
Launch arrangements, account access, backups and handover responsibilities are agreed for each project.
10. Third-party platforms
Our services may involve platforms such as WordPress, Elementor, GoHighLevel and Meta, together with hosting, communication and payment providers.
Their services may be subject to separate terms, fees and licences.
We explain third-party requirements relevant to the agreed work. You are responsible for subscriptions allocated to you under the project agreement.
Third-party outages or platform changes may affect functionality. We remain responsible for our own work and any troubleshooting or support expressly included in the agreement.
11. Marketing outcomes
We do not guarantee a particular number of leads, sales, bookings, followers, search rankings or advertising returns.
Outcomes depend on factors including your offer, audience, budget, competition, market conditions and platform behaviour.
This does not reduce our obligation to deliver the agreed services with reasonable care and skill or honour an express contractual commitment.
You approve advertising budgets and material campaign claims before publication.
12. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of materials you supply and give us permission to use them as necessary to deliver the agreed services.
Ownership or licensing of project deliverables, source files and reusable components is identified in the written project agreement before work begins.
Third-party software, fonts, images, themes and plugins remain subject to their owners’ licence terms.
We do not acquire ownership of your brand or existing materials merely by working on them.
We seek your permission before displaying identifiable client work or results in our portfolio.
13. Confidentiality and personal information
Both parties must take reasonable steps to protect confidential information received during the project and use it only for the agreed purpose.
This obligation does not cover information that is already public, lawfully obtained independently or required to be disclosed by law.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information for our own business purposes.
Where we process personal information on your behalf, the parties must agree appropriate data-processing terms and instructions before that processing begins.
14. Appointments and website assistant
Discovery calls help us understand your requirements. Booking a call does not create a service contract or guarantee project availability.
Please notify us if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Our website assistant provides general service information and can make mistakes. Quotations, project commitments and appointment confirmations must be verified through the relevant confirmation process.
15. Cancellation and ending a project
You may request cancellation by emailing info@purebodytransformation.co.uk.
For business clients, cancellation arrangements follow the agreed project terms. Any charges must have a valid contractual basis and reflect work performed or reasonable losses, taking account of costs avoided.
We do not treat every deposit or advance payment as automatically non-refundable.
Either party may end an agreement for a serious breach that remains unresolved after reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy it, where a remedy is possible.
If we cannot continue a project, we explain the circumstances, arrange an appropriate handover and refund payments for services not supplied where required.
Ending an agreement does not remove rights or obligations that have already arisen.
16. Consumer cancellation rights
Most of our services are purchased for business purposes. If you purchase mainly for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession, consumer law may apply.
Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to a service purchased online or at a distance, you normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason.
You can cancel by sending a clear statement to info@purebodytransformation.co.uk. You do not need to use a particular form.
We start services during that cancellation period only following your express request. If you then cancel, a proportionate charge for services already supplied may apply where the legal requirements have been met.
The cancellation right is lost following full performance only where the required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
Any refund due under these cancellation rules is made within the applicable statutory deadline, normally 14 days after notification of cancellation.
Separate rules may apply to digital content. We provide the required information and obtain any necessary consent before supply.
17. Service quality and liability
We provide services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the agreed scope.
If something goes wrong, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and discuss an appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These terms do not remove statutory consumer remedies, including repeat performance or a price reduction where applicable.
Any additional business-to-business liability provisions must be expressly agreed and lawful.
18. Acceptable use
You must not use our website or services to:
Commit fraud or other unlawful acts.
Infringe another person’s rights.
Upload malicious software.
Attempt unauthorised access.
Send unlawful or abusive communications.
Publish misleading or unlawful content.
We may refuse unlawful instructions and take proportionate steps to protect our systems. Any action affecting an existing service agreement remains subject to its terms and applicable law.
19. Complaints
Send service complaints to info@purebodytransformation.co.uk, explaining the issue and the outcome you are seeking.
We investigate complaints and seek to resolve them reasonably. Raising a complaint does not remove your right to pursue other available remedies.
Privacy complaints are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
20. Orders through external marketplaces
Where you purchase through Fiverr or another marketplace, the platform’s applicable ordering, payment and dispute procedures also apply.
The accepted platform order defines the project scope. These terms apply only where incorporated into that agreement and consistent with mandatory platform requirements and applicable law.
21. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future website use and future orders.
Publishing an updated version does not automatically change an existing service agreement. Changes to an existing agreement require an appropriate contractual basis and any necessary agreement.
22. Governing law
These terms and service agreements are governed by the law of England and Wales.
For business clients, disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales unless otherwise agreed.
For consumers, this does not remove mandatory protections or any right to bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
